Plain talk on data
I am Jacqueline Sims. This group blog covers Destiny playbooks and WoW Forever plans, and I gather as little data as the site needs to run.
What I see
- IP address, browser, pages, and time from server logs and cookies.
- Name, email, and message when you use the contact form.
Why I hold it
- Answering mail from viewers.
- Running the site and keeping it safe.
- Seeing which recaps get watched.
Nothing gets sold and no mailouts exist. If that changes, consent comes first and this page gets a new date.
Who else holds it
The host keeps server logs as part of the job. Otherwise data leaves my hands only for legal reasons or to stop abuse.
Safety limits
I guard data with reasonable steps, but no site promises perfect safety.
Your say
Ask through the contact page to see, fix, or erase what I hold. I handle each note in person within days.
Young viewers
Viewers under 13 are not my crowd, and I store nothing of theirs on purpose. Flag it and I erase it.
